We build a complete URL redirect map and content migration plan. Every old URL maps to its new Webflow equivalent. Every piece of content is accounted for. Every SEO signal like meta titles, descriptions, and canonical tags - is documented and carried over.
With the plan signed off, we rebuild your site in Webflow - designing or replicating your existing look, migrating content into the CMS, and implementing the redirect map. If you want to improve on the existing design as part of the migration, this is the right moment.
Go-live is the highest-risk moment of any migration. We manage the launch sequence, implement all redirects, submit the updated sitemap to Google, and monitor your rankings and traffic in the days and weeks following launch.

A straightforward migration - clean URL structure, manageable page count, existing design to replicate - typically takes around 6 weeks. Larger sites with complex CMS structures, multilingual content, or significant design improvements built in will take longer. We scope every migration individually so you know exactly what you're committing to before work begins.
Yes - and optionally improved. We migrate all content into the Webflow CMS with proper structure and taxonomy. For design, we can replicate your existing site faithfully or use the migration as an opportunity to redesign - many clients do both simultaneously since the migration process already requires a full rebuild.
Nothing - your existing site stays live throughout the entire process. We build the new Webflow site in parallel, and only switch over at go-live. There's no downtime, no period where your site is unavailable, and no risk to your current traffic while the migration is in progress.
