Introduction

ECD International approached us with a clear need: they had a strong design direction in place, but needed a Webflow development partner to turn it into a scalable, polished, and manageable website. As a leading experiential marketing agency in the luxury segment, their website had to match the quality of the experiences they create.

The agency had already developed the visual direction for the new website. What they needed next was a Webflow development partner who could translate that design into a live website without losing the quality, structure, or intent behind it.

Our Approach

Our role was focused on Webflow development. ECD International provided the design. We translated it into a scalable Webflow build: structured, responsive, maintainable, and aligned with the level of finish expected from a luxury-focused agency. That meant looking beyond the surface. Also setting up the technical structure behind the website, so the team could manage content, expand pages, and keep the website consistent after launch.

Our goal was to turn the approved design into a Webflow build that feels premium on the front end and practical on the back end. The design had to be translated with care, from layout and spacing to typography, imagery, and responsive behavior. At the same time, the website needed a solid structure behind the scenes. Recurring sections, content structures, and page systems were built in a way that makes future updates easier and keeps the website consistent as it grows.

Our Solution

Figma to Webflow Development

We translated the delivered Figma designs into a fully responsive Webflow website. The focus was on accurate layouts, clean spacing, correct typography, image behavior, and consistent components across all pages.

Scalable Webflow Structure

We built the website with a clear class structure, reusable components, and dynamic page setting. Keeping the project easier to maintain, expand, and update without creating one-off fixes everywhere.

Webflow CMS Setup

We structured the CMS around the content ECD International needs to manage. Fields were set up clearly, so the team can update recurring content without breaking the design or rebuilding pages.

Performance and Technical Foundation

We optimized assets, responsive image behavior, interactions, and the overall page setup. The build was kept clean and structured, so the website stays stable and manageable after launch.

Launch Support

Before launch, we tested responsiveness, links, forms, CMS content, interactions, and browser behavior. We supported the go-live process and handled final refinements where needed.

Results & Impact

ECD International now has a Webflow website that is easier to manage, scale, and keep consistent across the whole team.

Reusable components, a clear CMS structure, and a cleaner technical foundation have made the website more efficient to work with internally. The marketing team can publish updates and content faster, without relying on developers for every change.

New content goes live more easily, the website stays more relevant, supports ongoing campaigns better, and is creating more opportunities for organic visibility.
