(Senior) Visual Developer (Designer & Webflow developer)

You will work closely with the founder, gaining hands-on experience and seeing projects evolve from idea to launch, often in direct interaction with our customers.

Your role

Help design and build digital solutions for the new generation of tech companies and tech brands. You work on modern marketing websites and digital experiences for SaaS companies. This role sits between design and development. You translate visual concepts into structured, high quality websites. Strong attention to detail and clean execution matter in this role. You collaborate closely with founders, designers, and clients. From early design exploration to final launch.

Responsibilities:

Figma UI and UX design

‍Create clear and structured layouts for marketing websites and landing pages.

Webflow development

‍Build responsive Webflow websites with clean structure and strong performance.

Design to development translation

‍Turn visual concepts into production ready digital experiences.

CMS structure

‍Set up scalable CMS structures for marketing content and growth teams.

Performance and responsiveness

‍Ensure fast loading times and strong performance across devices.

Collaboration

‍Work closely with founders, designers, and clients during projects.

Quality control

‍Review designs and builds to ensure consistency and attention to detail.

• Brand design or visual identity experience
